  • Lunch: boiled egg and 2 apples
  • Dinner: egg

Day 4-7

  • Breakfast: boiled egg and 2 apples
  • Lunch: a handful of almonds, boiled egg and 2 apples
  • Dinner: boiled egg

Note: Do not forget that you can increase the amount of apples if you feel too hungry throughout the day. You can also feel fuller by consuming natural sparkling water.
