Cucumber diet is 1 week and consuming only cucumber in your daily diet. Diet is based on cucumber you can eat one whenever you feel hungry. Cucumber is green vegetable who can be used for some home beauty treatments and facial masks, cleaning face or acne.
Cucumber diet plan for a day:
A plate cucumber salad
A couple of hard boiled eggs
5 plums or 1 big apple peach (under 200 gr.)
1 piece of wheat bread toast with a bowl of cucumber salad
A glass of cucumber shake
300 gr. of a fruit of your choice
CUCUMBER SALAD RECIPE
- 400gr cucumbers,
- 200ml Greek yogurt,
- a pinch of salt and
- some sliced fresh onion.
Start by peeling the cucumber then cut it into small pieces. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix to blend well.
A handful of washed spinach
Just add the ingredients in a blender and add some ginger, then pour the shake in a glass and drink it fresh.
