– 1-liter glass jar

How to prepare:

Wash the peppers and cut off the part where the stalk is. Then grind them in a grinder. You’ll get about one cup finely powdered mix.
Put the powdered mixture into a clean glass jar and pour oil over it and leave it in a dark place (such as in the lower part of the kitchen units).
After 7 days, strain the contents of the jar through gauze or a plastic strainer.

The left mixture of peppers can be kept in the refrigerator and used as a food additive, and the reddish oil used for rubbing onto the skin.
At the beginning massage with the oil several times a day, when you have joint pain or pain in other parts of the body. After rubbing, wear socks or tights to warm up the place if it is about feet.

Also warm up other parts of the body, depending on the location of pain – hands, neck, back. After applying the oil, you will feel a burning sensation in the skin, but it will be tolerable, even pleasant, because the oil will deep warm the skin, without creating burns.
