cold water and 150gr. edible gelatin.

This will be enough for 30 days.

Preparation and use:

Put 5gr. of edible gelatin in some cold water and stir well. Leave the mixture until the next morning.  It can turn into jelly if you put it in a refrigerator. Consume it on an empty stomach every morning for 30 days. You will notice the results after the first week. After a month you should stop consuming it and you can go on with the same procedure only after 6 months. You can also add yogurt, juice or honey to the mixture to sweeten it and make it tastier.
