Ingredients

Filtered water = 1 ½ cup

Ginger thumb sized = 1

Raw organic honey = 1 teaspoon

Lemon juice (organic) = 2 tablespoon

Stick of cinnamon = 1

  1. In a bowl add 1 ½ cup water and put the bowl on low medium heat
  2. Peel and chop the ginger and add it to the boiling water
  3. Boil the ginger for 2-3 minutes and put the cinnamon stick
  4. Leave to boil for another 5-6 minutes
  5. Remove from heat and then add one teaspoon of honey and mix it all well
  6. At the end add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and feel free to enjoy your healthy tea.
