This drink is rich in vitamin C, magnesium and bromelain.

2 cups pineapple chopped into cubes
1 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice
40 g of honey
7 g of cinnamon
40 g finely chopped almonds
1 cup of instant oatmeal
250 ml of water
Firstly cook the oatmeal and squeeze the juice from the pineapple. In particular, mix orange juice, honey, almonds and cinnamon and add in a blender. While is blending, gradually add the blended oatmeal mixed with the juice of pineapple. Mix well until you get homogenous mixture.
Optionally, you can add ice cubes and a little muddy. Your healthy drink is ready!
